These terms apply to all appointments and services provided by Reejuvenate. Please read them carefully. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Appointments and bookings
A booking fee is required to secure an appointment.
The booking fee is applied toward the service on the day of the appointment.
If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment is not confirmed.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy
If a client cancels 24 hours or more before the appointment, the cancellation fee is waived.
If a client does not attend their first appointment, the booking fee may be carried over to a new booking.
Otherwise, 50% of the service fee may be charged.
For a second reschedule, no-show, or cancellation, 100% of the service fee may be charged.

Service suitability
All services are subject to professional assessment and client suitability.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse service where treatment is not suitable or safe.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, and electronic transfer.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
If a client has concerns about a treatment outcome, they should contact the clinic promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
They must be presented at the time of service and used within any stated validity period.

Health and safety
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities before treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes or suitability.

Client conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and others on the premises.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.

Liability
Treatments are provided with professional care, but individual results vary.
By booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted the clinic terms and understands that treatment outcomes can differ between individuals.

Changes to these terms
Reejuvenate may update these terms from time to time.
